A 50-minutes high-intensity, low-impact strength workout performed on a specialized machine called the Mega Pro, created by fitness trainer Sébastien Lagree. The method blends elements of strength training and muscular endurance, using slow, controlled movements to keep muscles under constant tension and deliver a challenging, full-body workout.
